Specialized Kinesiology /Energetic Balancing
We have many reflexes in our body that are connected to our electrical circuits. When there is a blockage in one energy circuit, it will show up in other areas. By gently testing the strength of a muscle while certain reflexes are activated, we locate areas of blockage. It can be compared to a tripped breaker in the electrical panel of your house. Through muscle testing, we’re able to identify which circuits are affected and what type of correction is needed.
Balance may be achieved by means of various techniques, such as working with specific acupressure points, massaging specific reflexes, tracing electrical pathways (meridians) along body lines, working with emotions, and more. We know the correction is successful when the muscle response shows a positive change!

Customized Massage Therapy
Traditional Massage
A classic Swedish head to toe massage that can be customized to focus more time on areas of need. Essential oils can be added for maximum benefit.
Hot Stone Massage
Warm stones glide across tight muscles, melting tension and stress. The heat helps increase blood flow, and can be of particular benefit to conditions like fibromyalgia and rheumatoid arthritis.
Lymphatic Drainage
Try Manual Lymphatic Drainage to improve your immune system, boost your energy levels, and reduce fatigue. This superficial pressure massage technique moves the lymph fluid through your lymphatic system, which is a filter for your body that houses wastes, toxins, and mutant cells. The waste products are released from the body with increased urination.
Light, gentle pressure is applied to certain areas of the body that have a high concentration of lymph nodes, such as the axillary (underarm) and inguinal (hip crease) regions.
What do you feel after the lymphatic drainage? Generally, your limbs feel light, you are more relaxed, you may see a reduction in the appearance of cellulite, feel less pain and feel more energy.
It is recommended for maximum effect that you get a series of lymphatic drainage sessions- once or twice a week the first two weeks, then once per week, for a total of 6-8 weeks.

Tuning Forks
Tuning Fork Therapy is based on the principle that everything in the Universe is made of vibration. Because our bodies are made up of 70% water, and water conducts sound, the body is an awesome resonator for sound.
These vibratory sounds travel through the body to help remove energetic blockages, therefore relieving pain and increasing the flow of Qi, vital energy which enables the body to heal. When we are experiencing symptoms, it is like the body is out of tune, or the vibrational rate of the body has lost its rhythm. Research suggests the body's organizational energy uses the steady coherent vibrational frequency of the tuning fork to "tune" itself. The tuning fork is a great non-invasive healing tool! The tuning fork is struck and then applied to specific acupressure point or area of concern. It is much like acupuncture without the needles, and helps to release tension, move stagnant energy, and promote balance. A few of the things that Tuning Fork Therapy facilitates:
|
CuppingCupping uses a suction cup to pull an area of skin, which decompresses muscles and connective tissue. This promotes blood flow to the compromised area, enhances circulation and helps to increase the body’s own healing processes — almost like a backward deep tissue massage.
Cupping has been mentioned in many ancient healing systems as far back as 1550 B.C. Greek physician Hippocrates, often referred to as the “father” of medicine, even compiled descriptions of cupping techniques. The effects of cupping therapy include:
I primarily use the technique of sliding cups, keeping them moving to lessen likelihood of leaving marks on the skin. |
Reflexology
This ancient technique involves applying pressure to points on the feet, hands, or ears. It is believed to benefit the entire system, due to the reflex action that connects to other parts of the body.
I sometimes add in tuning forks, cupping and essential oils into a reflexology session. Many are surprised at how relaxing it is! |
Emotional Release Coaching
Have you ever felt like you wanted to let something go, but no matter what you do it just keeps bothering you?
What would it be like to be free of painful triggers?
I use a combination of techniques to help stuck emotions move on out. Usually it is very gentle. In the first session we will discuss what sort of things you are dealing with and how they impact your life. In the second session, we will hone in on a particular area and do a release.
The method I use most often is called Logosynthesis. It is based on the theory that the energy field around our bodies stores information. When something significant happens to us, our system leaves an energetic imprint in the energy field, like a bookmark, so that if a similar situation comes up, we will be prepared! Often, however, our trigger gets activated too often, or on issues that aren’t especially serious.
The release itself is very simple: you give your system a verbal command to retrieve any energies that are locked up in your trigger. This in effect erases the bookmark in your energy field. Other release methods may include tapping or holding acupressure points, deep breathing, meridian flushing, and muscle testing with Applied Kinesiology corrections.
Many can tell a noticeable difference in just a few sessions!
Natural Beauty Enhancement
Jade Face Detox
For centuries Jade has been revered for its amazing characteristics. The session begins with a face reflexology and lymph drainage sequence, followed by a soothing massage with genuine Jade stones. Fine lines and imperfections may diminish from enhancement of collagen and elastin. A great boost!
Acupressure Facelift
This is a gentle non-invasive approach to looking younger! Pressure is applied with the fingertips or gemstones into key acupressure points of the face and neck. The activation of these points helps to stimulate blood flow and collagen production, and due to the multiple benefits of each point, also helps balance the whole body (more bang for your buck!). In one particular study of 300 cases, 90% of those treated had marked beneficial results with only one course of treatment (12 sessions).
Fine lines may be entirely eliminated and deeper wrinkles diminished. Bags under the eyes can be reduced, puffiness eliminated, droopy eyelids lifted and double chins minimized. A full course of treatment generally consists of 12 sessions administered once weekly. This program holds its benefits for 2 to 5 years. Afterwards, regular “top-up” treatments can be useful to extend effects and one-off treatments are often used by clients to achieve that bright, healthy glow for special occasions.
Aromatherapy, Bio Touch, Acupressure and more
Raindrop Therapy with Essential Oils
A specific sequence of essential oils are applied along the spine and reflex points on the feet, with a goal of eliminating viruses, improving the spine, and harmonizing physical, mental, and emotional wellness. The session is rounded out with relaxing, targeted massage.
Bio Touch and Acupressure
Similar to acupressure, Bio Touch is a simple technique that consists of lightly touching specific points on the body to enhance the body’s natural healing ability. It can benefit a large variety of health concerns.
Acupressure involves stimulating acupoints along energy meridians by use of essential oils, red light therapy or touch. It can help the energy of the body flow freely.

CranioSacral Therapy
Cranial sacral therapy (CST) is sometimes also referred to as craniosacral therapy. It’s a type of bodywork that relieves compression in the bones of the head, sacrum (a triangular bone in the lower back), and spinal column.
CST is noninvasive. It uses gentle pressure on the head, neck, and back to relieve the stress and pain caused by compression. It can, as a result, help to treat a number of conditions.
It’s thought that through the gentle manipulation of the bones in the skull, spine, and pelvis, the flow of cerebrospinal fluid in the central nervous system can be normalized. This removes “blockages” from the normal flow, which enhances the body’s ability to heal.
CST is thought to relieve compression in the head, neck, and back. This can soothe pain and release both emotional and physical stress and tension. It’s also thought to help restore cranial mobility and ease or release restrictions of the head, neck, and nerves.
Cranial sacral therapy can be used for people of all ages. It may be part of your treatment for conditions like:
