Healing Programs are similar to a retreat. They are designed to maximize improvement and save travel time, with all 12 of your Spinal Flow sessions scheduled over 4 days. Planned dates are below. (The days may be all in one week OR may be spread out over a few weeks. If none of the available times work, contact me and we will see what we can work out.)
You will typically have 3 Spinal Flow sessions each of the four days. In between Spinal Flow sessions, you will receive therapies that support your detoxification and healing, such as
Ionic Foot Detox
Gemstone mat/PEMF
Limiting Belief Reprogramming
Sound Therapy
Guided Meditation
Emotional Release
DIY Tips
We will also plan to do before & after assessments and photos.
Snacks, drinks, and light lunch items will be provided. For lunch you may also bring your own, or walk to one of the nearby local cafes, weather permitting. Walking is great for integrating the Spinal Flow work.
